Bio: Kenneth H. Ashworth (b.February 24, 1932), was a public servant and educator, serving as Texas Commissioner of Higher Education, vice chancellor for the University of Texas System, and executive vice president of the University of Texas at San Antonio. He taught at the University of Texas, Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs and at the Texas A&M, George Bush School of Public Service.
