Bio: Eugene R. Black (1898-1992) was a banker who also served in the administration of President Lyndon B. Johnson. He became a member of the President's Advisory Committee on Supersonic Transport in April 1964 and then served as Special Adviser to the President on Southeast Asian Economic and Social Development from May 1965 to January 1969.
