Bio: Arthur I. Blaustein (b. 1933) served on the staff of Vice President Hubert Humphrey in 1964. He was the director of the Legislative and Public Affairs and Congressional Relations for the U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity, Northeast Region, from 1965 to 1966. He served as director of Inter-Agency Coordination and Inter-governmental Affairs for the Northeast Region from 1966 to 1968. Blaustein served as Chairman of the President's Advisory Council on Economic Opportunity from 1977 to 1981.
