Bio: Robert Angus Brooks (1920-1976) was Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations and Logistics from 1965 to 1969. He also served as Deputy Under Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution from 1971 to 1972, Assistant Secretary from 1972 to 1973, and Under Secretary from 1973 until his death in 1976.
