Bio: James Clarence Cain (1913-1992) was a friend of Lyndon B. Johnson, and his personal physician beginning in 1946. He worked for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota from 1940 to 1941, 1946 to 1948, and 1966 to 1970.
