Bio: Florine was born November 10, 1915, to Fritz and Thelka Palm Koehler in Brenham, Texas. She moved to Houston in 1938-1939 and in 1940 to Galveston to work for the Merchants Association, Galveston County Tax Office and Stewart Title Company. Florine married M. S. "Jimmy" Ciaccio August 18, 1946, and they moved to Alta Loma (now Santa Fe) in 1956. After twenty-one years with Stewart, she retired and opened Alta Loma Gift and Hobby Shop which she and her husband owned until her retirement in 1998.
