Bio: Thomas G. Corcoran (1900-1981) was law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes; he then served with Reconstruction Finance Corporation in 1932, as Assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury, 1933, and Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney General, 1932-1935. He later became a lobbyist.
