Bio: Thomas Reilly Donahue (b. 1928) was Assistant Secretary of Labor for Labor-Management Relations from 1967 to 1969. He also worked for the AFL-CIO for many years, as an assistant to the president from 1960 to 1967, executive assistant to the president from 1973 to 1979, secretary-treasurer from 1979 to 1995, and president of the AFL-CIO in 1995.
