Bio: Harry W. Frantz (1891-1982) was the Press Director of the Office of Inter-American Affairs at the U.S. Department of State from 1941 to 1944, and Information Officer to the Assistant Secretary of State for American Republics from 1944 to 1945. In 1945, he became a member of information staff, Chapultepec and San Francisco conferences.
