Bio: William Womack Heath (b. December 7, 1903, Normangee, Texas-d. June 27, 1971, Austin, Texas), served as county attorney and county judge of Grimes County, Texas. He was Secretary of State of Texas from 1933 to 1935, and from 1967 to 1969, served as the U.S. Ambassador to Sweden.
