Bio: Carroll Keach (b. William Carroll Keach, September 22, 1914, Tomball, Texas-d. January 28, 1983, Robstown, Neuces, Texas), newspaper editor and associate of Lyndon B. Johnson. He attended Sam Houston High School and was a speech student of Lyndon B. Johnson. Keach worked under Johnson in the office of United States Representative Richard Kleberg, with Johnson at the Texas National Youth Administration (NYA), and as a traveling secretary and chauffeur for Johnson on his first Congressional campaign. Keach later worked as the editor of the Robstown Record newspaper in Robstown, Texas. He married Marion Fore in 1939. Keach is interred in Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
