Bio: Charles Pemberton Little, Jr., also known as C. P. Little, Jr., (b. March 2, 1911, Belton, Texas-d. February 19, 1992, Winchester, Virginia), was a friend of President Lyndon B. Johnson. He was a district director for the National Youth Administration (NYA) in Texas from 1936 to 1939, and director of youth personnel from 1939 to 1943. He was regional personnel officer for the War Manpower Commission in Dallas, Texas from 1943 to 1947, and personnel advisor to the commander-in-chief of the Military Government in Berlin, Germany from 1947 to 1950. He was an official at the Department of Labor beginning in 1951.
