Bio: Frank (Fabian) Mankiewicz (b. 1924), journalist, author, lawyer, and political figure, was Peace Corps Country Director for Peru from 1962 to 1964, and Peace Corps Regional Director for Latin America from 1964 to 1966. Mankiewicz also served as Press Secretary to Robert Kennedy from 1966 to 1968, and as manager of George McGovern's Presidential campaign in 1972. He is the author of Perfectly Clear (1973), U.S. vs. Nixon (1975), and Remote Control (1978).
