Bio: Charles Edward Marsh (1887-1964) was a newspaper editor and publisher. Originally from Ohio, he worked as an editor in Cleveland, Akron and Cincinnati before moving to Texas. In Texas, he was co-publisher and editor-in-chief of the following publications: Waco Times-Herald, Austin American, Austin Statesman, and Port Arthur News, 1916 to 1946.
