Bio: Robert Perrin (b. 1925) was a reporter, writer, and consultant. He was an administrative assistant in the U.S. Senate from 1955 to 1966, assistant director of the U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity from 1966 to 1968, and deputy director of the Office of Economic Opportunity from 1968 to 1970. He was also a consultant to the State Department from 1993 to 1994.
