Bio: Vessie Thrasher Rainer, also known as Mrs. R. A. Rainer, Sr. (b. Vessie Mae Thrasher, June 8, 1898-d. February 23, 1987, Butts County, Georgia), was a genealogist from McDonough, Henry County, Georgia. She married Robert Andrew Rainer in 1919. Rainer is interred in McDonough Cemetery in McDonough, Georgia.
