Bio: Horace Edward Richards (b. March 22, 1905, Kirtley, Fayette County, Texas-d. April 27, 1987, Corpus Christi, Nueces, Texas) was a member of Alpha and Omega Fraternity at Southwest Texas State Teachers College and a columnist for The College Star newspaper in 1929. He lived in Corpus Christi, Texas.
