Bio: Isaac Milton Sacks (1919-1981) was an educator and political scientist. He was a research analyst in Southeast Asia and international communism with the U.S. Department of State from 1946 to 1951. He was also a professor at Yale and Brandeis Universities in the areas of comparative government, international communism, and politics in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
