Bio: Morris Bartel Schnapper (b. March 25, 1912, New York, New York - d. February 5, 1999, Silver Spring, Maryland) was a longtime Washington book publisher through his publishing firm, Public Affairs Press. Mr. Schnapper also was the author of several books, including "Constraint by Copyright," which he published in 1960, and "American Labor: A Bicentennial History," published in 1975.
