I don't recall that we had any specific conversation about that.

Did he discuss
- was the general
counsel of the Commerce Department where this bill was being pigeonholed. In
conversations with Califano and myself and with Pertschuk and with Cohen, we worked
out a program for trying to get that bill through the Senate Commerce Committee
- of that on television and all that.
But I
did not stay up there the next several days, and I had no further
conversations with him after th.at about it.
