Bio: Thomas Harold Nielsen (b. November 7, 1930, Fullerton, California), was a real estate executive. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington in 1952, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University in 1957. Nielsen was the vice president at White Investment Company in San Francisco and president of the California Land Company in Valencia from 1962 to 1967, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for financial management in Washington, D.C. from 1967 to 1969, senior vice president of United States Financial in San Diego from 1969 to 1972, executive vice president of Malone Development Company in La Jolla from 1972 to 1978, president of the T.H. Nielsen Corporation since 1972, and vice chairman of the Irvine Company in Newport Beach since 1986.
