Bio: Byron George Skelton (b. 1905) was a federal judge and Democratic party official. He served as special assistant to the U.S. Ambassador Argentina from 1942 to 1945. From 1966 to 1977 he was a judge with the U.S. Court of Claims, and served as senior judge from 1977 to 1982. He was a senior judge with the U.S. Court of Appeals (federal circuit) in 1982.
