Bio: Francis Michel Bator (b. August 10, 1925, Budapest, Hungary), economist and educator, served as Deputy National Security Advisor, as Special Assistant to President Lyndon B. Johnson, as Senior Economic Advisor for the Agency of International Development, as Special Consultant to the Secretary of the Treasury, and as a consultant to the Department of State and Department of Defense. He is the Lucius N. Littauer Professor of Political Economy Emeritus at the Harvard Kennedy School.
