Bio: Everett Hutchinson (1915-1994) was Assistant Attorney General for Texas from 1949 to 1951, Commissioner for the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) from 1955 to 1965, and Chairman of the ICC in 1961. He was President of the American Business Association from 1965 to 1967, and Under Secretary of Transportation from 1967 to 1968.
