Bio: Robert Channing Seamans (b. Octover 30, 1918, Salem, Massachusetts-d. June 28, 2008), Deputy Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration from December 21, 1965 to January 5, 1968. He later served as Secretary of the Air Force from 1969 to 1973.
