Bio: Francis Eugene Worley (1908-1974) was a member of the Texas State house of representatives from 1935 to 1940, and resigned when he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. He served as a member of Congress from January 3, 1941 to his resignation on April 3, 1950. He was appointed an associate judge of the U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, serving from April 4, 1950 to May 4, 1959, and was appointed chief judge on May 4, 1959.
